An assortment of equal parts white, milk, and dark chocolates. From the hand-painted designs, the shelling/capping of the chocolate, to the fillings, a set of bonbons takes three days to make. We use Valrhona chocolate in our bonbons.

Please note: we cannot accommodate substitutions at this time as this is a one-woman operation.

Preorders will start 12:00pm PST on Tuesday, September 3rd. We will close ordering on September 10th or if we’ve reached capacity. Please note, this will not be shipped out immediately.

IMPORTANT HEAT ADVISORY WARNING: Although we ship the bonbons with insulated envelope and ice packs, we highly recommend if you live out of state AND a city that’s 78 degrees F or higher to please select Fedex 2Day as it’s only a few dollars cheaper than USPS but not as expensive as Overnight Shipping. If you live in-state, USPS will be the best choice. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

**allergen information: all chocolate/fillings are produced with shared equipment and in a commercial kitchen.  although we adhere to strict standards, this product is manufactured in a facility that processes other products which (may) contain soy, alcohol, gelatin, dairy, wheat, tree nuts, peanuts, and eggs and may contain traces of all of the above.

Shipping: Currently, we offer USPS Priority Mail (within the US)— 1–3 business days, FedEx 2Day, and FedEx Overnight shipping. Due to the large amount of orders, all shipments will be shipped out on between on September 6th, 10th, 12th. Tracking number will be sent via email once your order has shipped.

Local Pick Up: We will have two pick up location for the fall bonbons collection.

  • Wednesday, September 18th, 10-2pm, at Coffee Kettle Coffee Bar, (Shorts House, 12001 Main St, Bellevue, WA 98005, inside Botanical Gardens) BELLEVUE PICK UP

  • Friday, September 20th, 3-7pm, at Harried and Hungry, (515 South Michigan Street), SEATTLE PICK UP

  • Please be mindful of the pick up window/dates. Any orders not picked up on these dates will NOT be left at the shop.

Storage: Please store them at 55-65°F, in a wine cooler or a small compartment of the refrigerator. They are best to be consumed at temperatures of 65-70°F.
